Check back for examples of homework #1.
For Tuesday please bring to class your sketch pad (11x14, 80#), your full set of
pencils, white eraser, ruler and your imagination!
Tuesday we will begin shading and forming shapes.
Assignment #2 will be given for which you will have
Tuesday and Thursday to complete.
Assignment #2 will require
a tracing paper overlay.
We will go over shading techniques, scale and proportion, value contrast and
composition. What fun!
There will be a slide lecture, demonstration, followed by in-class exercises.
Come prepared to look, listen and draw.
